STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - Folks in our area are getting back to normal after Hurricane Sandy ripped through the area.

And now they're turning their attention to helping those less fortunate, particularly in the hardest hit areas of New York and New Jersey.

Mark Eveleth is getting his truck and trailer ready to head to New Jersey. His uncle has already made a trip there, and he said the news coverage doesn't show how bad the devastation is.

His trailer is loaded with supplies to help people there with nothing. Car after car came to the Calvary Church in State College. And people of all aged brought supplies to send to New Jersey.

Many people there lost everything and Eveleth wants to help them recover. Eveleth says he'll likely make another trip again next week.
