 - Silas Redd made it official on Tuesday, the former Penn State running back is transferring to USC.

Redd made the announcement in a text message sent out earlier in the evening.

The junior visited the USC campus over the weekend, visiting with coaches and players.  Upon returning, Redd met with Penn State head coach Bill O'Brien for one last time.

With Redd now gone, sophomore Bill Belton is expected to be the top running back on the depth chart.
