University Park, CENTRE COUNTY - Penn State will have a pre-seeded wrestler in each of the 10 weight classes at this weekend's Big Ten tournament in Champaign, Ill., including a conference-high three No. 1 seeds.

"Our team's wrestling well," head coach Cael Sanderson says of his squad ranked No.1 in the TPI. "Our guys are fresh. They believe that they're going to wrestle well. That's the key."

One of the three top-seeded Nittany Lions is senior Quentin Wright.
The Bald Eagle Area alum says he's learned from past Big Ten tournaments not to overtrain in the next few days.
Wright says he's peaking physically for his final postseason.

"More than any other year this is all or nothing," Wright says, "so I'm gonna have a more stronger attitude when I'm out there wrestling. Because there is no second chance."

Many of the Nittany Lions say they love the tournament format with its multiple matches in a day.
And it shows.
Penn State hasn't lost a postseason tourney as a team since 2010.
Top-raned 184-pounder Ed Ruth enjoys the unpredicted twists and turns of Big Tens.

"I always expect to see somebody step up," Ruth says of the field. "Somebody always shows up at this tournament that you never expect the whole year before and that's what I'm always looking forward to."

The Nittany Lions will stay at the same hotel in Champaign they stayed in when they wrestled at Illinois earlier this year.
Sanderson says that will help his wrestlers visualize success.
