HYNDMAN, BEDFORD COUNTY - State Police say a Bedford County registered sex offender moved without telling them, twice.

Police charged Daniel Scism with three counts of Failure to Comply with Registration of Sex Offender Requirements and another count of Unsworn Falsification.

Police say the 37 year old Hyndman man failed to report two changes of addresses and still didn't provide accurate information when he came in for a check at the Bedford State Police barracks earlier this month.

He was originally convicted of second degree rape.
