Hearing for Driver in Fatal Crash

BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, BEDFORD COUNTY - A 5-year-old boy was killed in a suspected DUI crash.  It happened in April 2012 in Bedford County.  Now the accused driver may take responsibility. 

Cory Childers is scheduled for a guilty plea hearing Tuesday.  Police documents state the 23-year-old was on a mixture of drugs and alcohol when he crashed into a family's van in Bedford Township. 

5-year-old Julyen Winters died.  The hearing is set for 1:30 pm at the Bedford County Courthouse
