Man Charged with October Crash

SOMERSET, SOMERSET COUNTY - Police say a man driving under the influence of alcohol has been charged for a crash that happened months ago. 

Daniel Paugh of Friedens was charged by Somerset borough police.

He's facing a number of charges for the October 20th crash .

Police say he left a woman seriously injured after he hit her head. 

It happened in the 1000 Block of West Main Street. 

Police say he his alcohol level was nearly three times over the legal limit.
