Sandusky Heading Back to Centre County

BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - Jerry Sandusky will likely attend a hearing next week in Bellefonte.

The Centre County court has issued a transport order for the sheriff's department to take him from SCI Greene to the courtroom on Thursday, Jan. 10. The hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

Sandusky's attorneys requested it as part of their argument they didn't have enough time to sort through all the materials to give him a proper defense at his trial in June.

He's currently serving a sentence of 30 to 60 years after being convicted on charges he sexually molested 10 boys over 15 years.

SCI Greene is a maximum security prison south of Pittsburgh, about three and a half hours away from State College.

He had enough time to hirt those boys, give me a brake. People are sick and tired of hearing from him. We all know what he did, throw away the key and tell his lawyers to go tried to protect some other gilty person.
