STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - Jerry Sandusky, is trying to get his pension back.

According to Penn Live Sanduskys attorney Charles Benjamin Junior filed a five page letter to the State Employees Retirement System(SERS) last month.

In the letter Benjamin explains that Sandusky's pension rights started back in 1969 before the forfeiture act was in place.

SERS withdrew Sandusky's pension in October after the former football coach was sentenced to 30 to 60 in state prison.
