ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - It's a holiday tradition that warms the heart.

Monday night folks from across Blair County decorated Christmas trees at the Ramada in Altoona getting ready to give Toys for Tots.

There are now 73 trees sponsored by local businesses and organizations in the lobby at the Ramada. Those groups pay 125 dollars to sponsor a tree. And the Marines will take all that money to buy presents for local kids that might not get a gift otherwise.

They hope to raise at least ten thousand dollars to buy Toys for Tots. That was what they raised locally last year.
