Nestle announced the recall Thursday due to possible contamination in canisters of Nesquik Chocolate Powder.

The recall only affects the powder in the 10.9, 21.8, and 40.7 ounce canisters which have BEST USE dates of October 2014. Two of the smaller canisters have promotional advertisements for the Disney film "Wreck-It Ralph" on the side.

The company said in a statement a supplier for one of the ingredients, Omya Inc., notified Nestle of potential salmonella contamination. Nestle said the problem occurred on the batches of mix produced last month.

Nestle said there have been no reports of illnesses, and consumers who have the product can return affected canisters to the place of purchase for a refund.
