By: John Mecham
Updated: October 29, 2012

Hollidaysburg - A number of Blair County roads are closed because of fallen trees crossing the roadway.
Route 1011 (Turkey Valley Road) in Blair County is closed because of a downed tree. The road is closed form the intersection of Canoe Creek Road to the intersection of Mattern Road in Frankstown Township.
Route 4002 (Sugar Run Road) is closed because of a downed tree from the intersection of the Cambria County Line/Tunnel Hill Street to the intersection of Route 764 in Allegheny Township.
Both roads are expected to re-open early Tuesday.
Motorists are advised to find an alternate route and reminded to never try to move a downed utility pole or fallen tree. If a driver encounters a downed utility pole or tree, please call 911.
Drivers are urged to stay off the roads throughout the evening unless absolutely necessary.
