The man that shot a family member thinking she was a skunk has been charged in the state.

Thomas Grant of Mercer County faces counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and simple assault.

The girl his eight year old cousin remains in critical condition after being struck in the arm, back, neck and shoulder over the weekend.

Good. This man is obviously an idiot. He should never be permitted to own another firearm either. Contact the Pennsylvania Game Commission, maybe they can tack on a few more charges.
