US Airways to be Fined?

Federal officials are considering fining US Airways.

The federal aviation administration says the airline allegedly flown a jet 916 times without performing required tests and inspections.

US Airways says it is responding to the FAA's proposed fine of $354,000 and believes the rules were followed.
