SANDY TWP., CLEARFIELD COUNTY- Flames destroyed a mobile home Wednesday morning.

Fire broke out around 11:30 a.m. at trailer along Salada Road in Sandy Township, Clearfield County.
The home was abandoned when the fire broke out. Witnesses say they saw smoke then, looked into the trailer and saw flames on the floor.

They tried to put it out, but it became out of control and they called 911. When crews arrived a third of the structure was already gone. They fought to be sure no brush caught on fire.

As the flames died down authorities announced that they are investigating the cause and at this time since their was no electricity to the home, it is suspicious.
