SPRING TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY - State Police say someone may have been using a pair of scissors to try and start a car after an early morning break-in.

It started about 4:00 Sunday morning on Amberleigh and Farmington Lanes in Spring Township.

Police say someone got in several unlocked vehicles on the streets and went through the stuff inside. Police think the person tried to start one of the vehicles, again, possibly with a pair of scissors.
