Police Arrest a Man They Say Was Growing Marijuana

CONFLUENCE, SOMERSET COUNTY - State Police arrested a man they say was growing marijuana.

Police say Ralph Kemp the third was growing pot on Williams Street in Confluence, Somerset County. They arrested him Thursday and charged him with manufacturing a controlled substance.

Police say he had the tools to grow, weigh, and package the pot.

Yes and how long are they going to keep this man in Jail, now that their making more room by letting out all these people that has killed someone?
