Blair County is targeted for more West Nile spraying this week. It's scheduled to take place Thursday in Altoona and Hollidaysburg, as well as in Blair, Logan and Frankstown Townships.

The county's emergency management agency says the  product being used is designed to provide a quick knockdown of  adult mosquitoes.

The insects carry the West Nile Virus which can cause encephalitis, especially  in people with a weak immune system.
