Johnstown Tomahawks to Hold All-Star Game Sunday

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY -- The Johnstown Tomahawks will hold a free All-Star Game on Sunday to showcase the talent of the area's newest hockey team.

The team's remaining prospects from tryout camp will be competing against each other in Sunday's game, which will be held at Planet Ice in Johnstown starting at noon. Just under 80 players turned out for the first two days of the tryout Thursday and Friday.

The game is free to the public.  The Tomahawks will begin their season September 8th, with their home opener at the Cambria County War Memorial on Saturday, September 29th.
