CARROLLTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- The fire marshal was called in to investigate a house fire in Cambria County.

The fire broke out around six Monday night in the 100 block of Sunset Road just outside of Carrolltown.

A driver passing by the house noticed the fire and called 9-11.

"We had several area departments responded and our crews quickly contained the fire to living room," said Chief Bob Illig, Carrolltown Fire Engine Company.  "The state fire marshal was notified and the Red Cross was called in to assist the family."

No injuries were reported, the home was insured.
