Well-Known Former Officer Passes Away

LOGAN TOWNSHIP, BLAIR COUNTY -- 22 year police veteran William Burrows passed away Monday.

The former Logan Township Police officer had been suffering from an incurable blood and bone cancer.  Visitation will take place at Barton Funeral Home on Wednesday between 2 and 7. 

His funeral service is scheduled for Thursday at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Juniata at 11 am.
