Man Suffers Major Injuries in ATV Accident

UNION TOWNSHIP, FRANKLIN COUNTY - A man suffered major injuries after a serious ATV accident.

State Police out of McConnellsburg say Cordell Carbaugh, 21, McConnellsburg, attempted to stand up and ride on the front of a four-wheeler Friday around 11 p.m. .

It happened on State Route 3005 in Union Township, Franklin County.

Brittany Eader, 19, Warfordsburg, was driving the Polaris 4x4.

Carbaugh was thrown off the quad and run over.

Police say he suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital. His condition was unknown Monday morning.
