Arts Fest-Goers Encouraged to Seek Shade

STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - State College Borough leaders are encouraging folks who go to the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts to seek relief from the sun throughout the day.
The Municipal Building lobby will be open as a "shade station" should arts fest attendees feel overheated or just want to take a break from the intense heat. The building's located at 243 South Allen Street.
