One Person Injured in Head-On Crash

GALLITZIN TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY - One person had to be rescued for a car and taken to the hospital after a head-on crash in Cambria County on Wednesday morning.

A car collided with a pickup truck on Route 53 near Asheville, at about 9:00 a.m. Wednesday.

Emergency crews had to cut the roof off of the car to rescue a person inside.  That person was taken to the hospital.
