CAMBRIA TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY - A car hit a buggy on Thursday morning in Cambria County, inuring seven people.

Just before 9:00 a.m. the car rammed into the back of the horse and buggy on the 600 block of Tripoli Rd.  That's just outside of Colver.

After the collision, the buggy was ripped in half, and the horse, uninjured, took off, dragging the buggy down the road.

Police said there were two parents and five children in the buggy at the time of the crash.

The kids and mother had moderate injuries.  Police said they should have gone to the hospital, but they refused treatment.

Tripoli Rd. was shutdown for over an hour.  Police didn't say whether or not charged would be filed against the driver.
