PITTSBURGH, ALLEGHENY COUNTY - A new web site that Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl's staff plans to reveal Monday will offer newcomers a chance to figure out where to find affordable living, fun nightlife and anything else they are seeking in the city.

The new site, www.pittsburghcityliving.com, aims to help possible future Pittsburghers find the perfect place to live and to feature some of the bonuses the administration has cited for the urban experience. It will tout the "Pittsburgh Promise," a college tuition guarantee for Pittsburgh school graduates, tax abatements implemented in 2008 for new homes in flailing neighborhoods and Urban Redevelopment Authority incentives to develop or renovate homes.
