Stamp out Hunger a Success

ALTOONA, PA-The Stamp out Hunger food drive in Altoona broke a record. 34 tons of food was donated to local food banks. Saturday, volunteers helped unload food at the post office. The nationwide drive helps feed thousand of Americans struggling and in need of help. The Drive allows those donating to leave non perishable items at their door and a postal carrier picks it up. Donations in Altoona went to 5 food banks in the area and an emergency shelter.
