HOLLIDAYSBURG - A jury from York County will decide the fate of a local man accused of murder.

The jury from York County will hear the case against Sean Allen, of Hollidaysburg.

Allen's accused of killing Maggie Davis, 20, of Altoona, in March of 2009.

The prosecution and the defense tried to choose a Blair County jury in March of 2010, but a judge decided it was too difficult to find an impartial jury from a local pool of people.

The new jury selection is scheduled for September.

The jury will be brought to Blair County for the trial in Hollidaysburg.
