Canoe Camping

CLEAR CREEK, JEFFERSON COUNTY - Canoe lovers have a new spot to rest for the night along the Clarion River.

Clear Creek State Park in Jefferson County has built new canoe camp sites that'll let people pull their canoes on shore to stay the night. The camp sites have restroom facilities, fire pits, and picnic tables.

Park officials hope this way people will pull off in designated spots instead of random locations.
