Tractor Trailer Tires Stolen

CARBON TOWNSHIP, BLAIR COUNTY - According to police, nearly $30,000 worth of tractor trailer tires and rims were stolen over the weekend.

State Police in Hollidaysburg said the equipment was stolen from W.W. Engine & Supply on Brush Mountain road in Altoona.

The thieves took the 32 tire and rim sets off of four brand new Volvo tractor trailers.

Police said it happened sometime between Friday and early Monday morning.

They also said they don't have any suspects, but are investigating the incident.
