HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA  --  Pennsylvania is among the better performing states when it comes to returning 2010 Census forms.

The U.S. Census Bureau reports 71% of the state's households have turned in their forms as of April 12th.  The questionnaire determines how much money the federal government gives each state.

The population count also determines how many Congress members go to Washington to represent citizens.

The state with the best response for the 2010 Census so far is Wisconsin at 76%.

Minnesota and Iowa are tied for second place at 74%.
