ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - It was an eventful checkpoint for the Blair County DUI task force.  One driver was cited for going around it, one driver was cited for barreling through it and a husband and wife got into double trouble.  Police officers stopped cars on Plank Road in Altoona overnight Saturday.  They arrested the couple after another driver said he saw them switch seats.  The man was reportedly driving, then traded places with the woman.  They both were arrested for DUI.  Police said 3 other drivers were also over the legal limit.
