Awards Dinner Honors Lifetime Achiever Teddi Leiden

A fitting Tribute dinner for exceptional women in Blair County.

Six women and five rising stars were honored at Tuesday night's  WISE Women's program including Teddi Leiden. 
Teddi received the Lifetime Achievement Award for her lifelong dedication to the exceptional children and adults and her work with the Association of Retarded Citizens or ARC of Blair County .

Congratulations to all the Tribute winners!
