Man Accused of Selling Drugs

RUSH TOWNSHIP, CENTRE COUNTY - An investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police lands a Sandy Ridge man in jail on drug charges.

Troopers said Monday 45 year-old Brian Pierson sold undercover Troopers bags of heroin on three separate occasions. He has been charged with Delivery of Heroin, Possesion with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of Heroin, and Criminal Conspiracy to Deliver Heroin. 

Pierson was arrested Friday and is in the Centre County Correctional Facility on $7,500 bail.
