False Report Charges

PUNXSUTAWNEY, JEFFERSON COUNTY - Police say a fellow officer was the victim in a false report case.

19 year old Kirby Starr, Jr. accused the cop of crashing his cruiser into his car.

Investigators in Punxsutawney looked into the claim and say it's not true.

Starr is now charged with making a false report and unsworn falsification to authorities.
