PSU Burglary Arrest

UNIVERSITY PARK, CENTRE COUNTY - A State College man was put in jail on Thursday, accused of breaking into a Penn State student's dorm room and beating him up while the victim was sleeping.

 Zachary Neff is accused of breaking into Porter Hall early Thursday morning.  Police say he entered a student's dorm room and beat him up while the student was sleeping.

 Court papers said that the victim was spending time with Neff's ex-girlfriend.  

Neff faces trespass, assault and harassment charges.

 He was arrested and put in the Centre County Jail on $75,000 straight bail.
