Neighbors Rescue Pets From Altoona House Fire

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Two Altoona residents rush into the burning house to make a daring rescue.

The blaze shorted out an electric line.  There were isolated power outages for a short time.

No one was home at the time of the fire, but several pets were inside.

Two nearby neighbors ran into the burning structure to rescue a cat and dog.

No word on what sparked the blaze, or where the fire may have started.
