Guilty Plea in Suspected DUI Crash

BEDFORD, BEDFORD COUNTY - A man suspected of DUI in a fatality accident in April 2012 is scheduled to enter a guilty plea in Bedford County Court.

Cory Childers allegedly drove the car that plowed into a Maryland family's van and killed 5-year-old Julyen Winters.

The crash happened near the turnpike interchange in Bedford Township.

Childers has been in prison on DUI and homicide by vehicle charges related to the crash. It is not yet known what charges he will enter a plea for.
