Student Technology Competition

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Dozens of area students competed in technology leadership contest.

Altoona Area School District hosted the Technology Student Association Region 8 Leadership Conference and Competition. There are 60 events for high school and middle school students.

About a dozen school districts came to Altoona to participate. They solved problems, gave speeches and even built robots. The winners will head to the state competition in April.
