Thousands of Flights Across Nation Cancelled

Thousands of flights across the country are being cancelled as what could be a historic snow storm edges closer.
More than 2,000 flights have now been cancelled by major US. airlines ahead of the impending nor'easter.
The bulk of the flights affected come from the North East and Midwest airports which lie in the storms path.
New York's three major airports have lost over 900 flights between them
Some flights in and out of Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia are affected
