INDIANA COUNTY - An Indiana County man was sentenced for the death of his girlfriend's child.
A judge sentenced Shawn Holmes today to 27 months to ten years for the death of Colby Jozefczyk. It happened in March of last year. State police say the 16 month old child was crying and Holmes put his hand over the boy's mouth to quiet him.
Holmes was originally charges with Criminal Homicide, but he pleaded guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter.
