Port Matilda Guilty of Sexual Assault

PORT MATILDA, CENTRE COUNTY -  A jury finds a Port Matilda man guilty of sexually assaulting a teenage girl.

Police say 40 year old Donald Shouey attacked a woman as he drove her home back in September 2010.  The incident took place near Fisherman's Paradise.

The case was reported seven months after the assault took place.

Shouey was found guilty of sexual assault, and aggravated indecent assault among other charges.  He could face ten years in jail, sentencing scheduled for April 12th.
