STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - The Penn State Board of Trustees met Thursday to go over recommendations since the Sandusky scandal.

Those recommendations include those from Auditor General Jack Wagner.

Wagner said in November that the Governor and Penn State's President shouldn't be voting members. He also recommended that the board be smaller. The trustees will meet again Friday, where they'll elect a new Board Chair. Current Chair Karen Peetz is stepping down. Keith Masser is the favorite for Chairman.
