Updated Thursday Morning, January 17th
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

Today a weak front moves across the region.  It will be breezy early with clouds and perhaps a few NW snow showers.  Clouds may break some this afternoon.  Highs will be in the low to mid 30s.

Tonight will be windy behind the front and ahead of an area of high pressure.  Lows will be in the mid to upper teens with some passing clouds and a few snow showers or flurries to the north and in the ridges.

Tomorrow that area of high pressure sets up to give us a mix of sun and clouds.  It will be colder.  Highs will only be in the upper 20s to around 30.

Saturday will be slightly warmer with a mix of clouds and sun.  Highs will be in the upper 30s, with a few western zones cracking the 40 degree mark before some much colder air moves in for late weekend and early next week.  Sunday will be blustery and colder with variable cloudiness and some scattered snow showers.  It will only make it into the mid to upper 20s.

Next week will bring some of our coldest air thus far.  Highs on Monday will only be in the low 20s.  Some overnight lows could drop into the single digits, and on Tuesday, some locations won't even break out of the teens during the day.
