Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller
This afternoon will be partly sunny and still mild for this time of year. Highs will be in the low to mid 40s. We will have partly sunny skies thanks to an area of high pressure.
Tonight a disturbance moves toward the region. Clouds will increase and a few light showers could sneak into the region late. There is a slight chance for patches of light freezing rain by daybreak (especially in locations such as Elk, Cameron, Clearfield, Clinton and Centre) during the very early morning hours. Lows will range from the low to mid 30s.
Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with showers. Highs will be in the low 40s to the southwest and the upper 30s in the northeastern valley spots.
We will have a very warm break for Saturday with highs in the mid 50s. Expect a mix of sun and clouds. Sunday more showers will head our way, but it will be mild. Highs will once again average in the mid 50s. Monday through Tuesday, we still may see a couple of rounds of showers with temps in the upper 40s to near 50 on Monday, then in the low 40s Tuesday before colder weather moves in for mid to late next week.
