JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Franklin Street Bar & Grill opened its doors in the fall and is quickly becoming a new city favorite.
Its located on Franklin Street in Johnstown's Kernville Neighborhood which is undergoing a transformation. The kitchen opens at seven in the morning for breakfast and runs all the way through happy hour and beyond.
'We were really excited," said Dana Dickert, Co-Owner of the restaurant. "We knew it would take some time to spark interest- but surprise at how packed our dinning room is so quickly."
