MOUNT UNION, HUNTINGDON COUNTY - Police said a man attacked them after they pulled over a car... and the suspect wasn't even involved in the traffic stop.

It happened Tuesday around 10:30 p.m. on Kistler Road in Mount Union, Huntingdon County.

Police said 18-year-old Talen Trice came out of the woods holding a large knife and threatened them.

They said he refused to drop it, so they tased him.

He was able to run off, but was caught after police tased him a second time.

Trice faces multiple charges-- including felony attempted assault on law enforcement officers and resisting arrest.

He was arraigned and put in jail in lieu of $100,000 bail.
