High pressure will influence our weather for the next couple days, meaning clear and cool nights and sunny days with temperatures a little above seasonal averages. A few communities will start in the low 20s Thursday, with a temperature reading in the teens not out of the question.
Thursday through Saturday will be sunny and mild, but the change comes late Saturday into Sunday when a front will move through. The clouds will arrive Saturday afternoon with the moisture arriving during the overnight hours. A few snowflakes could mix in Sunday, but many locations will see rain.
Monday could have sprinkles or flurries early, but Monday afternoon and most of Tuesday look to be a break before another system moves in late Tuesday. This system could bring the necessary ingredients together to bring a little snow overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Check back with us through the weekend and into next week as we get a better idea of what this storm will do.
