Former Penn State Officials Seek Delay

HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY -- Tim Curley, Gary Schultz, and Graham Spanier are seeking a delay for their upcoming preliminary hearing.

According to the Dauphin County Court, attorneys for Curley and Schultz filed a motion for a delay in their clients' December hearing.

The three are scheduled to appear December 13th on charges for allegedly covering up Sandusky's child sex abuse scandal.
