Canned or boxed food, pet food, water, cleaning products, hygiene products, bleach, and batteries will be hand delivered to the non-profit "Project Rebuild" by members of the Dog Jog Foundation during the week of Thanksgiving. They plan to drive to New Jersey in order to offer the donated materials personally.
According to a release, The Dog Jog Foundation wishes to improve the quality of life for every living being on the planet. Hurricane Sandy affected humans and animals alike, and the members of The Dog Jog Foundation encourages everyone from the local community to donate to those who were impacted by the devastating storm.
