NHC on Sandy: 5:00 PM Saturday Update

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - The National Hurricane Center says Hurricane Sandy is getting closer.

As of 5:00 Saturday afternoon they NHC is reporting high wind watches and warnings are in effect for the Mid-Atlantic states and Southern New England. They say a significant storm surge is also expected.
